Before taking your photo, set your camera to its highest quality setting.
Jpeg files are generally better as the compression can save time uploading your image.
Make sure there is plenty of lighting - preferably behind you as you take your picture.
Choose a shape that best suits your shot - your shot should fill the shape.
For a modern picture, solid art and canvas art are perfect. solid art is vibrant and sharp, whereas
canvas art is softer.
