Can I reproduce an image from my digital camera?
Yes, many digital cameras capture images with a pixel dimension of 2000 pixels x 1500 pixels and above (3 Megapixel to 5 Megapixel cameras.) Typically, you want your image to be around 200 dpi to 300 dpi at the final output size. You can print the image at any size, however you will notice a loss of sharpness on prints over 8 inches x 10 inches.
Can I upload my files to your site?
Yes, if your file sizes are less than ?? MBytes and you have access to a high-speed internet connection,you can upload your files.
How large an image can you print?
We can print up to 44 inches wide by whatever length of your image.
What is Resolution?
Every digital image is made up of picture elements (pixels) and the number of pixels determines that resolution. The more pixels your photo has, the clearer your photo remains as you increase its size. At the
same time, the greater the resolution, the more memory is required to store the image. Most digital cameras allow you to change the resolution, so you can select the quality of your photos as you take them. We highly recommend that you use the RAW, SHQ (Super High Quality) or Super Fine mode on your camera using Tiff or Jpeg settings (using minimum compression).
How large should my digital file be?
Create you images at 200 to 300 dpi at final output size. If your image has very fine detail and is to be printed on canvas or photobase papers, create the file at 350 dpi to maintain sharpness and detail.
RGB or CMYK?
We prefer files to be in the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color mode instead of CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Because all digital files are captured via native RGB devices.
What will my photo be printed on?
Poster will be printed on an 11 mil photo satin paper. This photo paper has special scratch resistant
properties. Your canvas will be printed on 19 mil water resistant cotton/poly blend. Each will be printed
with Ultrachrome archival inks. These inks have a lightfastness of over 100 years. With care, each of these
can be considered as heirloom piece of art.

All orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. We ship from Austin, Texas, so transit times are determined by your distance. USPS Overnight shipping is available, with prices listed during the checkout process. At the present time, we do not ship internationally.
