What is a Custom Digital Wall Mural?
A custom piece can come from your photographs, an original piece of your artwork, your child's artwork, your company logo, or one of our digital themed pictures. If you can dream it - we can print it...BIG! You can customize your home or office and create a truly unique space. You can fill a small space of 4' x 6' or an entire wall. We will help to develop a mural as complicated or as simple as you want.
Can I install it myself?
In most instances you can, however most people are not familiar with the wallpapering process and would feel more secure with a professional installer. Depending on the type of wallcovering you select. We will give you a print out guide of instructions and numbered panels.
Do I need to get permission for copyright material?
Yes, in designing personalized wallcoverings, customers can run into problems of copyright infringements, unless they have the copyright owners sign a consent form that allows the images to be reproduced. Customers will also sign an agreement that holds them and not the printer financially responsible.
How do I get started?
Send us your image or digital file in tif, jpeg or PDF format. Your approval will be sought before we go to print. Sometimes cropping is required, you will be notified and we will show you the final proof. In some instances minor adjustments and correction can be made at no additional charge.
How big a file do I send?
The more megapixels, the clearer the resolution will be, resulting in a truer image. Our system can handle up to 3Mb. If your file is still too large then just send it as an attachment to us at: info@wallapalooza.com
How much will my mural cost?
All pricing is based upon the area or square feet of material printed. The price is $8.50 per square foot.
What types of designs or images can you turn into wallcovering?
We can turn any photo, drawing, or art into wallcovering. Basically, if it can be digitized, we can turn it into a wallcovering to cover any wall.
What sizes can I have?
We can print at any size that you desire. Just let us know the dimensions. How do I figure my square footage? Square footage is the total area of your print. To calculate your total square footage,simply multiple your length and width together.
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping is via UPS or USPS Prioity Mail. Depending on the shipping destination, most areas of the continental US receive their orders within 4-5 days. If quicker shipping is required, please indicate it when placing your order. Deliveries and shipments will incur shipping, packaging and handling fees.
Can I only pay with Paypal or are there other methods?
You can pay with any credit card and your personal banking account through Paypal.
What is your shipping policy?
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail
Shipping is free on orders totaling over $100.00.
All orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. We ship from Austin, Texas, so transit times are determined by your distance. USPS Overnight shipping is available, with prices listed during the checkout process. At the present time, we do not ship internationally. If you have a large volume order, please e-mail us at info@wallapalooza.com for volume pricing. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
